Hiya!! I’m Kim Rivera (she/they), a Filipino-American, non-binary lesbian voice actor based in Dallas, Texas.
Before starting my voice-over journey, I spent over a decade performing in theatre. I graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I trained in a conservatory-style program that included on-camera acting, movement, stage combat, and classical theatre. That training shaped me into a detail-oriented actor, and specificity is at the heart of my process.As a queer actor, I’m especially passionate about telling LGBTQ+ stories and helping create the kinds of characters I would have loved to see growing up.Think I’d be a good fit for your project?
